Donna Candelori

Donna Candelori, CEO, founded Candelori Communications in 1997 on the principle that PR professionals must appreciate each of their clients' diversity, creativity, and independence before they can devise effective and strategic programs for them. A recognized leader in the public relations field, Donna's career features a compelling blend of consumer and high-technology communications experience with both start-up and Fortune 1000 companies.

Prior to founding Candelori Communications, Donna was Director at A&R Partners, a Silicon Valley public relations firm. There, she managed the PR activities of both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, including Fujitsu PC Corporation, Fujitsu Microelectronics PC Card Division, Fujitsu Microelectronics Graphics Products Division, Network General, and Socket Communications.

Donna was Vice President of Franson, Hagerty, and Associates, one of Silicon Valley's a leading public relations firms in the late 1980s. There, she orchestrated a wide range of marketing and communications programs for such market leaders as Allied Telesyn International, Alps America, Centigram Communications, Iomega Corporation, and New Enterprise Associates.

At Silicon Graphics and Mountain Network Solutions, Donna managed channel marketing activities, corporate communications, advertising, and market development. Her initial experience in the high-tech industry stems from marketing management roles at Sega of America and at Ziff-Davis' PC Computing and MacUser magazines.

Donna began her professional career at legendary world-wide advertising agencies where she managed such accounts as Lancome, Chanel, and Hyatt Hotel in the U.S. and abroad.

Pam Ferguson

Pam Ferguson, who founded Marketing Minds, and has integrated that into Candelori Communications, is an industry strategist who has designed and managed corporate campaigns and strategic outreach programs on a global level. With more than 25 years of advanced technology and lifestyle marketing and communications experience, Pam is exceptionally skilled at designing and managing targeted marketing programs that range in spectrum, and are collaboratively linked with advertising, branding, events, lead generation, and public relations.

Throughout her career, Pam has worked on both the client and the agency side; with industry leaders such as Adobe, Apple, Centigram, Cisco, HP, IBM, and ROLM, to emerging growth companies who are preparing for funding, an IPO or simply growing market share. While working with agencies, such as Eastwick Communications, Porter Novelli, PredoMedia Group, The Meyer Group, and Transcend Advertising, Pam drove strategic development and planning, corporate identity and branding campaigns, collateral creation, website formation and refresh, advertising, trade shows, executive coaching, and special events.

At Candelori Communications, Pam drives the strategic direction for a client, nurturing press and analyst relations with her broad industry contacts, creating a corporate image as well as product and sales material, setting the stage for events, and bringing in dramatic measurable results. While Pam's focus is always about a smooth development trail, her focal point is on increasing awareness, meeting corporate goals, increasing awareness for the company, executives, and product, and growing sales.
